Its humble beginings at small qaint restaurant – Saveur at purvis street to Concetto 2 Cathay and latest Saveur Art at Ion , At Saveur , the difference lies in its own creative interpretation of french cuisine; the ingredients being used and well executed; Langoustine, white and black truffle from Alba, Italy, to even wild game like pigeon, signature Angel Hair Pasta albeit slight twist.
